medial tuberal nucleus

The term medial tuberal nucleus refers to a group of cells located largely in the lateral hypothalamic area, near the ventral surface of the hypothalamus in the mouse ( Paxinos-2001 ). See also tuberal nucleus and lateral tuberal nuclei.
