temporopontine fibers
The term temporopontine fibers represents a fiber pathway that courses through the cerebral crus to connect the temporal lobe of the cerebral cortex with the pons. It is not readily distinguished in myelin-stained histological cross-sections ( Carpenter-1983 ).
