medial vestibulospinal tract of the spinal cord

The term medial vestibulospinal tract of the spinal cord refers to one of two subdivisions of the medial vestibulospinal tract. It is a component of the ventral white columns of the spinal cord where it is found just ventral to the ventral white commissure ( Jastrow-2007 ). The other subdivision is the medial vestibulospinal tract of the medulla ( NeuroNames ).
