Substratum eumoleculare

The term Substratum eumoleculare refers to one of four substrata of the molecular layer of the CA fields ( Stephan-1975 ). Subsequent authors combine it with Stephan's Substratum lacunosum to form the stratum lacunosum moleculare ( Insausti-2012 ).Updated 2 Jun 2024.
