area 9b of Vogts (9b)
The term area 9b of Vogts refers to a subdivision of area 9 of Brodmann (guenon) based on cytoarchitecture and myeloarchitecture. It is one of four parts of area 9. The others are area 9a of Vogts, area 9c of Vogts and area 9d of Vogts. Its caudal boundary is incompletely defined in the illustration of Vogts' areas ( Vogts-1919 ).
