Nucleus centralis inferior thalami


The term Nucleus centralis inferior thalami refers to one of five subdivisions of the thalamus as defined in Olszewski-52. The others are the Nucleus centralis densocellularis, the Nucleus centralis latocellularis, the Nucleus centralis superior thalami, and the Nucleus centralis intermedialis. Together they constitute the central medial nucleus and the rhomboidal nucleus.
