parvicellular division of accessory basal nucleus


The term parvicellular division of accessory basal nucleus, or Nucleus amygdalae basalis accessorius, pars medialis, refers to one of three subdivisions of the accessory basal amygdaloid nucleus based on cytoarchitecture and cholinergic markers. The others are the magnocellular division of accessory basal nucleus and the ventromedial division of accessory basal nucleus.
