medial vestibulospinal tract
Acronym:
The term medial vestibulospinal tract refers to a bundle of fibers in the medial longitudinal fasciculus that originates in the medial vestibular nucleus, lateral vestibular nucleus and descending vestibular nucleus, partially crosses to the contralateral side in the medulla and terminates in the spinal cord ( Crosby-1962 ).
