NeuroMaps Mapper

The NeuroMaps Mapper lets you map and display any kind of data on standard Atlas templates of the macaque or mouse brain and to print or download the figures that you produce for presentation or for publication.

The Mapper is an application that you download and install permanently. (Formerly it was run on-line, directly from a web browser.) It works on Windows, Linux, and Mac OS X, where it has been tested on 10.7 Lion and 10.11 El Capitan.

To see how it works, view the brief slideshow at:  NeuroMaps Mapper (pdf).

You may want to keep this window open for reference until you complete installation of the Mapper.
