The Waxholm mouse brain atlas, maintained by the Duke Center for in Vivo Microscopy [CIVM], is sponsored by the International NeuroInformatics Coordinating Facility [INCF]. The NeuroMaps rhesus macaque brain atlas is suitable for most Old World monkeys including macaques, vervets and baboons.


What do you want to do?
Map New Data
 You have an image file stored in your computer that has data that you want to map into the Atlas. Click here and NeuroMaps will retrieve the image and load it into the Mapper.
Edit, Print or Export an Existing Map
 You have previously used NeuroMaps to map data into an overlay for display in the Atlas. Click here to reload the overlay for editing, for printing or to export for submission to a publisher.
