BAMS (Brain Architecture Management System) is a website developed at the University of Southern California, Los Angeles, CA.. It is an online knowledge management system designed to handle neurobiological information at different levels of organization of the vertebrate nervous system. BAMS handles data and metadata, collated from original literature or inserted by scientists, which is associated with four levels of organization of the vertebrate nervous system: expressed molecules, neuron types and classes, brain regions, and networks of brain regions.
